“Cash for Clunkers” - Dealer Vouchers Anyone?
The gov is now offering car dealers vouchers to get clunker cars which pollute the environment off the roads. The idea is that in getting rid of clunker cars, you not only help save the environment, but also help sell more new cars and help get the economy off this rut.
