Its True! There are same cars with different brand names
Just like you can find same cars in different colors, manufacturers like GM are making same cars in different brand names. Dont believe me? Just check out the 2008 Buick Enclave/2008 GMC Acadia/ 2008 Saturn Outlookand 2008 Chevrolet Traverse. Yes they look slightly different beyond the brand labels, but the insides are identical. This is a cost saving measure by GM so that they get more cars for the same RnD dollars. I hear that the Toyota Camrey and the Lexus ES300 also follow this strategy by Toyota. (Can someone out there verify?)Â This killing multiple birds with the same strategy enables companies to go after different market segments with the same vehicle.
